Hubungan Personal Hygiene pada Remaja Putri dengan kejadian Pruritus Vulvae saat Menstruasi

Abstract

ABSTRACT

Pruritus vulvae is a disorder characterized by itching or irritation in the female external genetalia organ. The purpose of this study is to determine the correlation between personal hygiene in adolescent girls and the incidence of pruritus vulvae during menstruation at Islamic Junior High School Darul ulum probolinggo. This type of research is correlational analytics, while the design used a cross sectional approach. The population of this study was all Islamic Junior High School Darul ulum students aged 13-18 years with a total of 50 respondents taken with a total sampling. The data analysis used  univariate analysis and bivariate with che square test statistics. Based on the results of the research, the most statistical tests between personal hygiene and the incidence of pruritus vulvae, namely the most personal hygiene was in the category of adequate, namely there was 30 people (60%) and the most incidence of pruritus vulvae was in the category of not experiencing pruritus vulvae, there are 37 people (60%). Based on the results of the chi square statistical test, a p-value of .0.001 was obtained where the result of p-value<a = 0.005, which means that there is Correlation  between personal hygiene in adolescent girls and the incidence of pruritus vulvae during menstruation. It is hoped that health workers can plan appropriate health promotion in providing health services for the community, especially about personal hygiene and pruritus vulvae. In addition, students must also improve personal hygiene by maintaining their health.

ABSTRAK

Pruritus vulvae ialah kelainan yang dicirikan oleh kegatalan atau iritasi dalam organ genetalia eksterna wanita. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Hubungan Personal Hygiene Pada Remaja Putri Dengan Kejadian Pruritus Vulvae Saat Menstruasi Di MTS Darul Ulum Patokan Kraksaan Probolinggo. Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitik kolerasional, sedangkan desain yang digunakan adalah pendekatan Cross Sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswi MTS Darul Ulum yang berusia 13-18 tahun dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 50 orang yang diambil dengan total sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan statistic uji Chi Square. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian uji statistik terbanyak Antara Personal Hygiene Dengan Kejadian Pruritus Vulvae, yaitu personal hygiene terbanyak adalah dengan kategori cukup yakni terdapat 30 orang (60%) dan Kejadian Pruritus Vulvae terbanyak adalah dengan kategori tidak mengalami terdapat 37 orang (60%). Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik chi square didapatkan p-value sebesar. 0,001 dimana hasil p-value<a =0,005, yang berarti ada hubungan Personal Hygiene Pada Remaja Putri dengan Kejadian Pruritus Vulvae Saat Mesntruasi Diharapkan tenaga kesehatan dapat merencanakan promosi kesehatan yang tepat dalam pemberian pelayanan kesehatan bagi masyarakat terutama tentang personal hygiene dan pruritus vulvae. Selain itu juga para siswi harus meningkatkan personal hygiene dengan cara menjaga kesehatan diri.
